Paso Robles is wine country at its best—think gorgeous vineyards, incredible wine, and a laid-back vibe. With over 200 wineries, 40+ grape varietals, and seven winery trails to explore, there’s something for everyone. Start in the town square for easy tastings, or head out to the vineyards for stunning views and the family estate experience. Don't forget to book your tasting reservations early!

Tin City is a vibrant and unique industrial hub located in Paso Robles, California, made up of a collection of small, artisanal producers who have set up shop in repurposed industrial buildings, creating a charming, eclectic mix of tasting rooms, breweries, wineries, and distilleries.

Tetto Rooftop Bar: Paso's only rooftop bar located atop The Piccolo serving a wide selection of seasonal cocktails and local beer/wine.

The Alchemists' Garden: A swanky cocktail experience that puts a modern spin on classics. 10/10 recommend the Old Fashion.

Pappy McGregor's: Everyone's favorite local Irish pub with DJ-led dance parties on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 PM to 1 AM.

Things to Do:

  • Hike Bishop Peak: Enjoy panoramic views of the Central Coast from one of SLO’s iconic "Nine Sisters." You will breathe heavily on this hike but the views are worth it. 

  • Stroll Downtown SLO, Higuera Street: Explore unique boutiques, artisanal coffee shops, and the historic Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa, built in 1772.

  • Visit the Madonna Inn: Grab a slice of their famous pink cake!
